The overall study and design <br />will be approached in two phases. This proposal letter defines Phase 1, <br />which will include restarting the previous project, establishing updated <br />electronic files compatible with our current software, studying options <br />for maximizing the available budget, updating visual graphic depictions <br />as needed, and completing the Design development Phase to 50%. The <br />total cost to complete Phase 1 is $93,582. In addition, an allowance of <br />$3,284 is recommended for reimbursable expenses as outlined in <br />Attachment A.
