The SAO team was open <br />to our feedback and suggestions, responsive to questions, and helpful in expanding our <br />understanding of the analysis behind the numbers. <br />While we are pleased the final report indicates that the City of Vancouver is meeting the state <br />requirements in most categories, we acknowledge that there are some minor areas where <br />Improvement Is needed, such as annually publishing all of the required review performance <br />data and tightening up internal procedures related to requests for timeline extensions on <br />Individual projects. <br />On behalf of the City of Vancouver team, thank you again for the professionalism your team <br />exhibited In working with us to complete this audit.
