Census. <br />4,14 Boating Safety Program approval: means that the county or localjurisdiction has entered into an <br />agreement with State Parks to develop and maintain a boating safety program meeting minimum <br />requirements established by state parks. <br />SECTION 5: EFFEcIIVE DATE AND DURATION <br />5.1 Term. This Agreement is effective on the date of the last signature and terminates on September <br />10,?;A24, or the date of final payment issuance, whichever is later, unless terminated earlier in <br />accordance with Section 22 - Terminotion. See also, Section 12.3 Useful Life. <br />5.2 ProJect Completion. The Project shall be completed, and final billing for the Project shall be <br />submitted to MLE on or before October L5,2024. Unless approved in writing MLE shall not be <br />obligated to disburse any payments after this date. <br />5.3 Closeout.
