Expectations from permitting parties I Participantexpectations n Key contacts U Communications plan X Aid station locations Ll Evacuation plans I Course details Executive summary: ln general, GBG will rely on Kittitas Country EMS and SAR for emergency situations. For non- emergency and general rider support there will be 2 aid stations along the course. Kittitas County Search and Rescue will be notified about this event and has course maps and key organizer contacts. Kittitas county fire districts will be notified of this event and briefed the aid and emergency plans. ln the event on an emergency (ex: significant injury, lost participant), the 911system will be used to active appropriate response. For non-emergency issues (ex: minor injury, mechanical failure), personalfrom the organization will take the lead Event Description and map: GBG is a bicycle ride event that starts and end at Snoqualmie Pass. There are multiple routes (final number is TBD), each with a different length. The event will start at 8am on July 20th and be completed that same day. The courses details are included in this document. The participants will be lined up in a parking lot and pass under a timing arch. From here, the racers will be led down WA906 by a designated motor vehicle in a neutral start. Once the racers turn onto Lake Mardee Road (NF-4832) they will be free to race. Alltraffic laws must be obeyed by racers at alltimes.
