Additional information for Kittitas Co special events permit application <br />Garbage and recycling: <br />The event will have a starUfinish area as well as on-course aide stations. Here is the plan for <br />what we will do <br />At the start/finish, we will have multiple garbage and recycling receptacles. We will also bring in <br />porta-potties for the participants. We generally have a ratio of 1 potty for every 50 participants. <br />Our current plan is to have two on-course aide stations. These will provide food/drinl</aide to <br />participants. At each station, we will provide 2 porta-potties as well as garbage / recycling <br />receptacles. <br />We will haul all the materials back to the startffinish one the event is done. <br />Finally, after the event and awards conclude, we (Off Camber Productions) will dispose of allthe <br />waste and handle the recycling. <br />Law Enforcement and EMS: <br />The event organizers will hire local EMTs to provide first tier of medical response. Local EMS, <br />Police, Sheritf, and search and rescue organizations will be informed of the event and route.
