Payment for removal applies only to the initial deposit of ash, dust or parliculate matter following a volcanic eruption. Subsequent deposits arising from the movements of volcanic dust or ash by wind or othei means are not covered. Employer'sLiability a. "Bodily injury" to an "employee" or a former "employee" of the insured arising out of and in the course of: (1) Employment by the insured; or (2) Performing duties related to the conduct of the insured's business. b. Any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of the injury. This exclusion does not apply to liability assumed by the insured under an "insured conhact". 3. Paragraph 2.a.(1) of SECTION ll - WHO lS AN INSURED applies only to "employees" of the insured whose employment is not subject to the lndushial lnsurance Act of Washington (Washington Revised Code Title 51). Wih respect to "employees" of tre insured whose employment is subject to fre lndustrial lnsurance Act of Washington, Para- graph 1.b.(1xa) is replaced by tre following: (a) "Bodi! injury'' or "personal and advertising injury'': i. To you, to your partners or members (if you are a partnership or joint venture), to your members (if you're a limited liability company), or to a co-'employee" while that co-"employee" is eifher in the course of hi-s or her employment or performing duties related to the conduct of your business; or ii. For which there is any obligation to share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages be- cause of the injury described in Paragraph i. above. C. SECTION IAND SECTION ll- COMMON POLICY CONDITIONS is amended as follows. 1. The following is added to 2.
