C. An adequate record of all such services shall be kept by the Courrty for Walla Walla County's review at its request, to the extent consistent with confidentiality regulations. Any medical or dental services of major consequence shall be reported to Walla Walla County as soon as tinre permits. If the offeuder is transfered back to Walla Walla County, a discharge sunmary containing information concerning health care provided at I(CJ shall accompany the offender via the Transport team. D. Should medical, psychiafiic, or dental sewices require hospitalization, Walla Walla County agrees to compensate I(CJ dollar for dollar any amount expended or cost incun'ed in providing the same. E. Upon payrnent to KCJ by Walla Walla County for a Watla Walla Prisonerns lrealth care expense, the County will assign to Walla WaIIa County, if requested by Walla Walla County, any and ail right to reimbursenrent for medical e4penses authorized ulder RCW 70.48.1,30. F. Walla Walla County agrees to pay directly or reimburce the County for any and all medical expenses, as defined in Section VI.A, incurred for Walla Walla Prisoners which are not performed by rnedical staff on contract with the County within the Kittitas County Jail, or paid by the Department of Social and Health Services, including medical, psychiatric, and dental bills as well as prescription medication expenses. VII. Trnnsnortatio4 Ifittitas County shall be responsible for the h'ansportation of all prisoners fi'om I(CJ to local medical services and back. Walla Walla County shall pay the actual costs for Kittitas Corurty persomel required to appropriately und safely transport and maintain custody of prisoners during medical fueatment, including overtime as needed to maintain slaffing for operations. Kittitas County will contact Walla Walla County with regard to any pre- plarurecl major medical treatment to allow Walla Walla County to consider the optioir of using its own persoffiel for transport and security, including provision of ftmale personnel for medical uratters specific to wornen. Walla lValla County shall be responsible for transporting all inmates to and from custody between Walla Walla County and KCJ. I(CJ shall provide Walla Walla County adequate and sufficient notice of a Walla \Malla County ofbnder release date &orn t<CJ so that Walla Walla Counfy can affalge h'ansport on the scheduled transport back to Walla Walla County, to prevent an inmate from being held beyond their release date, All inmates shall be picked up and transported to Walla Walla County not less thar- 24 hours from discharge, r,vith tlre exceptions noted under Section IV (E) for offenders released once bond liad been poslred. Walla Walla County shall provide all documentation related to the booking of inrnates, including court orders and the date and time at which custody commenced and is to end.
