The schedule <br />of prevailing wages rates for the locality or localities of the Work is determined by the <br />lndustrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contraitor's <br />responsibility to verify the applicable prevailing wage rate. lt is understood that the <br />Contractor is responsible for obtaining and compleiing all required government forms <br />and submitting same to the proper authorities. <br />Disputes regarding prevailing wage rates shall be referred for arbitration to the Director <br />of the Department of Labor and lndustries.
