The schedule of prevailing wages rates for the locality or localities of the Work is determined by the lndustrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contraitor's responsibility to verify the applicable prevailing wage rate. lt is understood that the Contractor is responsible for obtaining and compleiing all required government forms and submitting same to the proper authorities. Disputes regarding prevailing wage rates shall be referred for arbitration to the Director of the Department of Labor and lndustries.
