EXHIBIT "A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following:. Facilitate involvement of the Behavioral Health and Recovery Advisory Board <br />(BHRAB) participants in a behavioral health assessment and planning process <br />which includes:o Facilitate the development of a group mission and vision statement with <br />BHRAB.o Collect, compile, and present relevant behavioral health data to the <br />BHRAB.o Facilitate the identification of priorities, goals, strategies, and measurable <br />objectives,o Finalize a written strategic plan..
