29. Survival:
<br />The provisions of paragraphs 7, g, 11, 13, 14, 1s, 16, 17,18, 1g, 20,2j,22,23,24,28,30,
<br />and 31, 32 shall survive, notwithstanding the termination or invalidity of this Agreement foiany reason.

<br />T uny assignment and/or subcontracting has been authorized by thecornty, said assignment or subcontratt shail incrude appropriatesafeguards against discrimination. The contracto,- it.'utt take suchaction as may be required to ensure fuil compriance with theprovisions in the immediatery preceding paragraprrs nerein.
<br />Contractor shall pay-the prevailing rate of wages to all workers, laborers, or mechanicsemployed in the performance of any part of thL work in accordance with RCW 39.12
