Just a few notes: <br />• We added a 10% contingency for a more conservative bottom line estimate. <br />• The City would only assist with design, bidding and construction administration for a pavestone installation <br />project, which is Option 1 in the attached estimate. <br />• We included pricing for replacement of the wall and concrete steps at the back of sidewalk. Replacing the <br />landscaping area and curb behind the wall with asphalt to widen the parking lot was not included in the cost and <br />would need to be permitted through Community Development.
