Other information provided. <br /> <br />12.04.02.070 Transportation Impact Analysis Review and Acceptance. <br />At the same time as the submission of an application for proposed development, the applicant <br />shall submit the applicant’s transportation impact analysis to the County Engineer or designee. <br /> <br />The County Engineer or designee shall review each transportation impact analysis for accuracy <br />and conformity with the criteria set forth in this title. Within twenty-eight calendar days of the <br />submission of the transportation impact analysis, the County Engineer or designee shall <br />determine the completeness of the submittal. <br /> <br />If the submittal is incomplete, the County Engineer or designee shall identify in writing the <br />specific requirements, information, or materials necessary to complete the transportation impact <br />analysis. <br /> <br />12.04.02.080 Concurrency Determination. <br />Development permits will not be approved unless there are adequate transportation facilities to <br />meet the level of service standards for existing and approved uses, based on the concurrency <br />analysis in the TIA which is based on the daily traffic volumes associated with the project and the <br />capacity of the committed transportation system. For development within the UGA, study <br />intersections within UGA and affected City’s boundary shall meet the applicable LOS standards <br />of the affected City, or County, whichever is more stringent. Concurrency requires adequate <br />transportation facilities to be in place at the time of development, or that a financial
