Utility and Storm Drainage Installation: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice prior to trenching and placing of <br />storm drainage systems. <br />2. Inspection Details: To verify that underground storm drainage facilities, <br />including but not limited to pipes, catch basins, and manholes have been <br />constructed in accordance with the approved plans and these standards. <br />Inspection shall take place prior to backfill. If cover is installed in stages, <br />multiple inspections shall be scheduled as necessary to ensure that all facilities <br />receive inspection. <br />D. Utility and Storm-Drainage Backfill and Compaction: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice before backfill and compaction of <br />storm drainage systems. <br />2. Inspection Details: Verify that backfill for all trenching within the roadway, <br />existing right of way, and future right of way is in compliance with the approved <br />plans and these standards. <br />E. Subgrade Completion: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice at stage that underground utilities <br />and roadway grading are complete. <br />2. Inspection Details: To verify that the subgrade has been constructed and <br />graded in compliance with the approved plans and these standards. If the <br />subgrade and surfacing is installed in stages, multiple inspections shall be <br />scheduled as necessary to ensure that all subgrade has been inspected. <br />F. Crushed Surfacing Placement: <br />1. Required Notice: Two working day notice.
