Revision block with sufficient space for the description, date, and approval of all <br />revisions. <br />The title block shall be located in the extreme lower right hand corner, the right side margin, or <br />along the bottom edge of the sheet. <br />Acceptance Block: All roadway construction plans, stormwater or other drainage improvement <br />construction plans, and privately or publicly maintained stormwater detention or retention <br />facility construction plans must show the acceptance signature and/or initial of the designated <br />representative of the Kittitas County Department of Public Works. <br />The acceptance block shall be located in the lower right hand quadrant of the cover sheet and <br />each subsequent sheet. The acceptance block shall include the following language: <br /> <br />"These plans have been reviewed by Kittitas County Department of Public Works and have been <br />accepted for complying with the requirements of Kittitas County Road Standards.” <br /> <br />The cover sheet only shall have space for signature and date as follows: <br />______________________________ _______________ <br />Signature-County Engineer Date <br />Each subsequent sheet shall have space for the County Engineer to initial and date the sheet as <br />follows: <br />_________________________ _______________ <br />Initials-County Engineer Date
