The location and name of all arterial roadways within one mile of the proposed <br />construction, and all other roadways in the vicinity of the proposed construction. <br />B. Shading and “Project Area” callout to indicate the project area. <br />C. Section, Township, and Range of the project area. <br />D. The location and name of all drainages within one mile of the proposed construction. <br />Notes: General notes. See list of required notes in this section. <br />Key Map: The minimum scale is 1"=500' showing the location and name of all roadways within <br />and adjacent to the proposed construction and all future roadways. Scale shall be indicated. The <br />key map shall be oriented consistent with detail in the sheet, i.e. same north. <br />The key map is to appear on every sheet showing proposed roadway, storm drainage or grading <br />improvements. The roadway or area that the design pertains to shall be shaded. <br />Title Block: A title block is required on every sheet and cover sheet submitted for review and <br />acceptance. The title block shall show the following: <br />A. The subdivision name and filing number; <br />B. Planned development name (if applicable); <br />C. The type of improvement; <br />D. Applicant’s name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; <br />Information from this item may only appear on the cover sheet. <br />E. Engineer name, business name, mailing address, telephone number, and email <br />address; <br />F. Name of the developer or agent; Information from this item may only appear on the <br />cover sheet. <br />G. Sheet number (consecutive, beginning with the cover sheet);
