Proposed revisions shall be indicated on a copy of the original approved <br />construction plans that includes the County Engineer’s signature. The proposed revision <br />shall be clearly shown by strikeout of text, cross-out of items, and/or clouding as <br />appropriate, and by posting the drawing revision block. If the proposed revisions are to <br />the satisfaction of the County Engineer, the revised mylar set of plans will be signed and <br />returned to the developer’s engineer. <br /> <br />I. Plans will be reviewed by the County according to the date they were submitted. <br />Previously reviewed or approved plans submitted to the County for a revision will be <br />considered a new submittal. Approved plans under construction will be considered a <br />resubmittal and will be reviewed prior to new submittals. <br /> <br />J. In place of submitting paper copies of plans and documents as outlined in paragraphs A- <br />F above, electronic submittals are acceptable. Engineering, land surveying documents <br />must meet the applicable requirements of RCW 18.43 and WAC 196-23. <br />a. Electronic submittals shall be in Portable Document Format (PDF) <br />b. Layers shall be flattened prior to submittal <br />c. Orient all sheets so the top of the page is always at the top of the display screen <br />d. Scanned documents must be legible and a minimum of 150 dpi. <br />e. All sheets must be numbered and labeled <br />f. Each submittal document shall be a separate file <br /> <br />Boundary Line Adjustments are to be reviewed by Public Works in accordance with Kittitas <br />County Code Chapter 16.04. <br /> <br />12.04.10.070 Plan Elements. <br />In addition to the requirements set forth elsewhere in these Standards, the following <br />information shall be shown on all roadway plans submitted for review and approval. <br /> <br />Cover Sheet: Road construction plans submitted to the County for review and approval shall <br />have a plan cover sheet containing the following information: <br />Vicinity Map: The minimum scale for the vicinity map is 1"=1000', and the minimum size shall <br />be 10” by 10”. The vicinity map is required on the cover sheet, or first sheet of all submittals if <br />no cover sheet has been used. <br />The vicinity map shall show the following:
