The second submittal shall consist of two complete sets of final civil engineering plans, <br />and revisions completed per previous County comments. This submittal shall also <br />include: final grading plans and profile plans, final stormwater plan, construction details, <br />temporary erosion and sediment control plan, and any supporting documents such as <br />stormwater calculations, geotechnical reports, environmental studies and transportation <br />impact analysis. The plans shall be signed and stamped by the developer’s engineer. The <br />developer’s engineer must be a civil engineer licensed in the State of Washington. <br />Review fees, when adopted and applicable, shall be paid by the developer before review <br />of the plans by the County commences. <br /> <br />D. If corrections are required, the County will return a redlined print showing necessary <br />corrections within 30 days. The applicant’s engineer shall return the redlined print, a <br />response letter identifying and documenting how the comments were addressed, and <br />the corrected plans with the changes highlighted. <br /> <br />E. This procedure shall be followed for each additional submittal if necessary. Subsequent <br />submittals shall also contain two complete sets of plans and other supporting <br />documents and information, if corrected. <br /> <br />F. When all corrections have been made to the County Engineer's satisfaction, the final <br />plans shall be stamped and signed by the applicant’s engineer and submitted. Only one <br />copy is required. Once approved a copy of the approved set will be returned to the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />G. The final submittal shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. a good quality reproducible medium with the engineer’s registration stamp and <br />signature, <br />2. one complete set of other supporting documentation, <br />3. a quantity take-off and certified engineer’s cost estimate when the project is to <br />be secured by a performance guarantee. See KCC 12.01.090. <br />4. and electronic files in pdf format of the entire submittal package. <br /> <br />H. Revisions or modifications to approved plans shall be submitted for approval prior to <br />construction. The applicant shall make specific arrangements with the County Engineer <br />to review such changes. Revisions shall be stamped and signed by the developer’s
