County Road Standards (Title 12 of Kittitas County Code) were completely revised in <br />2018 using consulting services from KPG (PW Civil Consulting roster). The informal <br />committee met and reviewed urban standards for inclusion into the Interlocal Agreement <br />with the City of Ellensburg. Public Works is appreciative of the time and effort made by <br />the informal committee to review the updated standards. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The informal road standards review committee began meeting in December 2022 and <br />concluded in the summer of 2023. Proposed revisions and adjustments to the road <br />standard were submitted to Community Development Services for presentation to the <br />Planning Commission. It is anticipated that code updates will be presented to the Kittitas <br />Board of County Commissioners for consideration. With completion of the review <br />process by the informal committee, Public Works proposes to disband the informal <br />committee. <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ATTACHNIENTS: <br />None <br />
