Any questions regarding this Sale Sanctuary policy should be directed to the <br />Building Use Coordinators (Failure to adequately supervise children willbe a vio- <br />lation of this rental agreement.) <br />g. lf usage day, times, area, or number of participants changes for this User, the <br />responsible party for the User must report these changes to the Building Use Managers <br />or the Office Secretary. <br />h. Please place all recyclables in blue bins around the church. Place trash in the large <br />receptacle provided in the courtyard, oulside the classroom door. <br />i. No cooking is permitted in the Courtyard Classrooms. Food and beverage may only <br />be consumed on the hard surfaces of the classrooms, no food or beverage (other than <br />water) on carpeted areas. <br />j' Classroorn Users are expected to check the restrooms for general cleanliness and <br />ensure that loilets are flushed and laucets and lights are turned otf. problems <br />should be reported to the Church Secretary. <br />k. Users are expected to turn otf all lights in the classroom before exiting the facilities <br />and to leave the area neat and tidy. <br />L Church functions and activities have priority over other renters. Rental applications <br />are considered in the order received. <br />m. ln the case of ongoing use, such as weekly or monthly rental of facilities, the Church <br />reserves the right to pre-empt use of the premises. ln such cases, at least a one week <br />advance notice will be given to the User group representative. <br />n, All requests for additional usage o{ premises outside of times and locations listed in <br />this contract must be made by the user at least one week in advance of the <br />requested usage date. A fee may be charged for this extra usage. <br />o. Decorations must not be taped to the walls in any areas of the building. <br />11. Other Conditions of Use: <br />a. Outdoor restrooms must be locked after each use. <br />b. User will not duplicate building keys. Any anempts to do so will be considered a <br />breach of this Contract. lf additionalkeys are needed, a requesl must be made to the <br />Building Use Managers. <br />c. Failure to comply with these Conditions may result in termination of this Contract. <br />12. Hold Harmless Agreement: <br />Ellensburg United Methodist Church, indemnifies, holds harmless and delends the <br />Kittitas Public Health Deparlment and its agents and employees from all suits and actions, <br />including reasonable attorneys'fees and all costs ol litigation and judgment of every name <br />and description against the Kittitas County Public Health Deparlment as a result of loss, <br />damage or injury to person or property by reason of our actions or omission by our organi- <br />zation for the purpose of ,renting an educational facility. Kittitas County Public Health De- <br />partment indemnifies, holds harmless and defends the Ellensburg United Methodist Church <br />and its agents and employees from all suits and actions, including reasonable attorneys' <br />fees and all costs of litigation and judgment of every name and description against the
