SCOPE OF WORK (continued) <br />• Survey the well location and wellhead elevation <br />• Develop a formal report documenting the well installation and initial results <br />• Project Management, meetings, and communications <br />Additional work beyond the scope and budget of this task asked for by regulators will be covered under an <br />amendment to this contract. <br />Deliverables <br />The following list of deliverables will be prepared related to the new monitoring well: <br />• Draft Hydrogeologic Work Plan for the new monitoring well <br />• Final Hydrogeologic Work Plan for the new monitoring well <br />• Draft plans and specifications for the new monitoring well (90%) <br />• Final plans and specifications for the new monitoring well <br />• Engineer's / Hydrogeologists Estimate for the cost of the project <br />• Draft Monitoring Well Construction Summary Report <br />• Final Monitoring Well Construction Summary Report <br />Assumptions <br />Based on the scope we have developed the following assumptions: <br />• Kittitas County will provide one set of comments of the Draft deliverables prior to finalization. <br />• Parametrix will attend up to four one hour virtual meetings with regulators to discuss the project. <br />• Ecology and Kittitas County Health Department will provide one set of comments on the Work Plan. <br />• Kittitas County with contract directly with the licensed well driller for drilling, construction, well <br />development, and pump placement. <br />• Well drilling, construction, and development will take place over the course of 5 business days. <br />• Sampling and analysis of the new well will be completed by others and the results provided to Parametrix. <br />TASK 02 — LPL CLOSURE DESIGN SERVICES <br />Objective <br />This task will encompass the items needed to complete design of the closure for the existing LPL so that the post - <br />closure period may begin. This includes planning, permitting, design, bid assistance, and limited construction <br />services as discussed below. Assumed items include the following: <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste <br />Groundwater Monitoring Well, LPL Closure, Biosolids Expansion 3 September 2023 <br />Area, and Air Permit <br />
