Exhibit 1 IT Impact of Public Works and Community Development Services Merger The IT department believes that this proposed change would have significant impact to our department's workload and would affect the target completion dates to our current work in progress and other requested projects that are currently in our queue. Based on our own expectations, we have provided a list of the topics of impact below, categorizing each into three levels of resource intensity, "High", "Medium", and "Low". Resource intensity is based on our best estimation of the time commitment to complete the change,the complexity of the change and the level expertise which may be required to implement the change. This was prepared with a limited amount of analysis, and we expect many more issues to become evident once the work starts.
