Person Centered <br />Planning Facilitator <br />Training <br />Community <br />Inclusion <br />Bootcamps <br />Customized <br />Employment On -Site <br />ACRE Certification <br />Participants of this multiday training will <br />learn the process of Person -Centered <br />Planning and how to facilitate PCP meetings. <br />The Community Inclusion Bootcamp is 2.5-day <br />skills -based deep dive into person -centered <br />planning, community mapping/informational <br />interviewing, and proposal/plan development. <br />Emphasis will be on assisting people and their <br />teams to define their vision for greater <br />community inclusion, explore the community for <br />possibilities, and develop plans to achieve the <br />vision, with an eye toward continuous <br />improvement. Throughout the process and <br />during cohort sessions, students will learn to <br />develop portfolios (low and high tech/online <br />portraits of competence). <br />This in -person, customized employment <br />training is an Association of Community <br />Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) -endorsed <br />curriculum that supports employment service <br />competencies and results in a Customized <br />Employment Certificate of Completion. <br />This in -person, 40-hour training consists of <br />instructor -led lectures and discussion <br />combined with hands-on, practical learning <br />opportunities in all aspects of Customized <br />Employment. From values and beliefs, t <br />discovery, employer engagement, and jc <br />retention, this Customized Employment <br />training provides the tools needed to ele <br />the standard and practices of equitable <br />employment. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 22 <br />Class size minimum of 10 <br />and/up to 24 (beyond that <br />negotiated) at $1000 per persoi <br />15 — 25 people at $9200 per <br />person <br />1 <br />Flat Fee of $30,000 and include <br />up to 30 students. <br />
