Capacity TA Plans <br />on inclusive social media, recruiting, and hiring <br />practices. <br />Technical Assistance to Agencies <br />Facilitated series of conversations aimed at <br />creating an organizational plan using a <br />Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens. <br />Organizations complete the series with a <br />final action plan that may be used in <br />conjunction with the County to build <br />organizational capacity for supporting <br />individuals with intellectual disabilities. <br />Plan to Placement A six -session course bringing employment <br />Cohort consultants together with job seekers with <br />disabilities and their teams to identify skills <br />and abilities and to discuss how these may <br />be transferrable to a job. This series is <br />designed to strengthen the skillset of a group <br />of supported employment providers and/or <br />Transition Specialists through coaching and <br />mentoring. The cohort will work together to <br />skillfully gather Person -Centered <br />Employment Planning information and assist <br />job seekers in obtaining competitive <br />integrated employment that fits their skills <br />and desired needs. <br />Recruit, Cultivate, <br />and Retain <br />For Program Managers and/or Managers of <br />Quality Assurance/Staff Development who <br />are leading teams of Employment and <br />Community Inclusion specialists, managing <br />quality of services and who are interested in <br />strategies to lead during times of change. <br />Spend time building community, challenging <br />our thinking, and advancing services. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 21 <br />$2,500 per agency <br />$750 per seat <br />class size = 18- 25 <br />Class size = 15 — 30 <br />$750 per seat <br />
