Performance lmprovement Plan <br />Performance Metrics will be reviewed quarterly by DCYF and the contractor. lf the contractor does <br />not meet the Performance Metric Targetwithin the year, a Performance lmprovement Plan will berequired' lf a contractor has multiple Performance Metrics that require a response, the contractor <br />shall identify up to three (3) Performance Metrics for improvement planning.' <br />Consideration <br />a. The maximum consideration for this agreement is identified in the "County Juvenile Court pass <br />through Distribution sFY 2024125", hereby incorporated by reference. <br />A revenue sharing process shall be made available durinq the latter part of the fiscal year for allcounties participating in the Block Grant, provided fundini is availabie or unless othe'nvise agreedupon by the JR and the Juvenile Court Administrators. <br />The full list of priorities for revenue sharing will be provided by the JR and developed incollaboration with the County Juvenile Courts. The County Juvenile Courtshall submit their"Revenue Sharing Requests/Retums Form" to the Juvenile court Programs Administrator and theirrespective Regional Administrators no later than May 15th or as agredd upon by the JR andJuvenile Court Administrators. <br />'l 9
