Accidents <br /> <br />Any person involved in or witnessing an Aircraft or Vehicle Accident at or on the <br />Airport resulting in any injury or death to person or damage to Property shall <br />immediately call “911”. Such person shall also notify the Airport Operations, remain <br />at the scene, and respond to the inquiries of Airport, AFD, and/or investigative <br />personnel (i.e., provide the information requested by such personnel). <br />No person shall tamper with an Accident scene or fail to comply with any directive <br />issued by the Airport Director, Airport, AFD, Sherriff’s Office, DRFD, FAA, NTSB or any <br />other Agency personnel having jurisdiction over the Accident scene. All reporting <br />shall be consistent with 49 CFP Part 830. <br /> <br />Unauthorized entry into Movement Areas to gain access to an Accident scene is <br />strictly prohibited. <br /> <br />13. Fees and Charges <br /> <br />All fees and charges shall be in accordance with Airport policies, standard <br />procedures, and the terms and conditions of contracts between the County and the <br />entity. All posted rates and charges will be approved by the BOCC. <br /> <br /> <br />14. Public Usage <br />The Airport shall be open for public use at all times, subject to regulation or <br />restriction due to weather, conditions of the landing area, the presentation of <br />special events and like causes as may be determined by the Airport/Executive <br />Director, and revocation of the right to use for violation of these Rules and <br />Regulations as herein provided. <br />15. Common Use Areas <br />The following are designated as common use areas: Landing areas, markers, lights, <br />and other visual aids for aircraft guidance; electronic communication equipment and <br />structures or mechanisms having a similar purpose for guiding, disseminating, or <br />controlling aircraft; together with such aprons, ramps and aircraft parking areas shall <br />be held for use, in common, by all persons flying or operating aircraft on the Airport. <br />These areas shall be kept clear unless specifically assigned by the Airport Director. No <br />person shall use any common use area for storing, repairing, servicing, or fueling <br />aircraft or for any purpose other than flying and operating aircraft unless prior <br />consent or authorization has been obtained from the Airport Director. Common use <br />areas are subject to change. <br />16. Responsible Use
