8 | P a g e <br /> <br />Tenants shall prevent unauthorized access through gates following behind an <br />approved vehicle, commonly known as “piggy-backing”. It is recommended that <br />vehicles stop after entering a gate, to wait and ensure the gate closes securely <br />behind them without the access of another vehicle. <br />Tampering with, interfering with, disabling the lock, closing mechanism, or <br />breaching any other security device at the Airport is prohibited unless authorized by <br />the Airport Director. <br />Persons who have been provided a code or device for obtaining access to a <br />Restricted Area shall not, under any circumstances, divulge, duplicate, or otherwise <br />distribute or convey the code or device to any other person unless authorized by the <br />Airport Director. <br />Lessees shall return their gate access card to the Airport Direct or at the end of their <br />lease or following the sale or transfer of their hangar. <br />Any damages to the Airport’s security fencing or gates shall be reported to the <br />Airport Director. <br />10. Commercial Aeronautical Activities <br /> <br />Any entity desiring to engage in a Commercial Aeronautical Activity at the Airfield <br />should refer to the Minimum Standards for application and permit requirements and <br />standards for specific types of commercial activity. <br /> <br />Any entity basing or otherwise maintaining an Aircraft at the Airp ort shall not permit <br />said Aircraft to be used for a Commercial Aeronautical Activity unless such <br />Commercial Aeronautical Activity is expressly authorized by written Agreement. <br /> <br />Any entity desiring to engage in Commercial photography or filming at the Airp ort <br />shall obtain written authorization from the Airport Department prior to engaging in <br />such activity. <br /> <br />11. Recognition of these Rules and Regulations <br />All persons licensed to do business on or conducting business operations of any kind <br />on the Airport shall keep a current copy of these Rules and Regulations in its office or <br />place of business and make it visually available to all persons. Further, it shall be the <br />responsibility of each "operator" to fully acquaint his/her clients and/or employees <br />with these Rules and Regulations. Failure to abide by these Rules and Regulations <br />may be grounds for expulsion from and denial of further use of the Airport and/or its <br />facilities subject to review by Kittitas County Airport. <br /> <br />
