10 | P a g e <br /> <br />The Airport Director may, at any time, take such action as may be deemed necessary <br />in order to safeguard the public or property on the Airport. Any person causing <br />damage of any kind to the Airport, or any fixtures thereof, shall be liable for such <br />damage, to the Airport. <br />17. Pedestrians & Pets <br />No person shall enter the airport’s taxiways or runways without prior permission <br />from the Airport Director. All persons shall give way to aircraft and shall not impact <br />aircraft operations. <br />No person shall commit any disorderly, obscene, or indecent act or commit a nuisance <br />on the Airport. Violators will be subject to citation and/or arrest by law enforcement <br />authorities. <br />All Pets must be under the custody and control of the owner and shall remain <br />leashed at all times. <br />18. Ground Vehicle Movements <br />For the purpose of these regulations, vehicles shall be defined as all conveyances, <br />except aircraft, used on the ground to transport persons, cargo, or equipment. All <br />vehicles shall be operated on the Airfield in accordance with the following general <br />rules, except when given special instructions by the Airport Director or in cases of <br />emergency involving danger to life or property. <br />All vehicles shall be driven at a safe and reasonable speed, not to exceed 20 mph, <br />unless otherwise posted, and utilize hazard lights. <br />Vehicles transitioning from the west apron T-Hangar area to the East apron must <br />exit the west gate and re-enter the airfield at the east gate. No unauthorized vehicle <br />traffic should cross the apron area between the T-Hangars and the fuel island. <br />All vehicles are to remain within the aprons and taxi lanes and are not to be driven <br />on the airport’s taxiways or runways, unless equipped with appropriate signage, <br />hazard lights or rotating amber beacon, with Unicom radio communication, and with <br />prior permission from the Airport Director. <br />All vehicles are to give-way to aircraft and emergency vehicles. Aircraft have the <br />right-of-way, at all times, followed by emergency vehicles. <br />No person under the influence of liquor or narcotic drugs shall operate a motor <br />vehicle or aircraft of any kind on the Airport. Violators will be subject to citation <br />and/or arrest by law enforcement authorities. <br />No unregistered, or uninsured vehicle, or unlicensed driver shall operate on the <br />Airport.
