7 | P a g e <br /> <br />administrative proceedings, arbitration, or costs arising from or related to <br />the person’s activities at the Airfield and/or the manner in which the <br /> Airfield is constructed, maintained, operated, managed, or used. <br /> <br />Any person accessing, entering upon, or using the Airfield shall be fully <br />and completely responsible for their actions and all actions of any person <br />to whom they provide or facilitate access to, entering upon, or use of the <br /> Airfield, whether directly or indirectly, express, or implied. <br /> <br />8. RESTRICTED AREAS AND AIRPORT OPERATIONAL AREAS <br /> <br />Access to Airport Operational Areas (AOA) is limited to persons under appropriate <br />supervision, escort or as otherwise approved by the Airport Director. <br /> <br />Access to the Restricted Area is limited to: <br />a. Authorized Employees of the Airport <br />b. Authorized County Employees <br />c. Emergency Vehicles in the event of an emergency/or with the permission of the <br /> Airport Director. <br />d. Owners/ Operators of Aircraft at the Airport <br />e. Authorized Airport Tenants. <br />f. Authorized Testing Companies/ High Altitude Test Teams <br /> <br />All other visitors or airport users must obtain authorization from the Airport Director <br />and may require an escort in Restricted Areas. <br /> <br />Unauthorized vehicle access into any Movement Area/ AOA without permission is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />9. Security & Unauthorized Access <br />Any suspicious activities within the airport property shall be reported via 911 to <br />Public Safety and then to the Airport Director. <br />Persons at the Airport shall fully comply with the security requirements established <br />by the Guiding Documents. <br />For persons employed by the County, Operators, Lessees, or Sublessees who have <br />unescorted access to any Restricted Area, the County may require a background <br />check. <br />Security gates that provide access to the AOA shall be kept closed, locked, and <br />secured except when actually in use. Hangar doors, offices, and modular buildings <br />must remain closed, locked, and secured except when actually in use.
