18 | P a g e <br /> <br />In the event the Airport Director determines the Aircraft Owner or Aircraft Operator <br />is unavailable or unable (or if Aircraft Owner or Aircraft Operator, after being <br />notified by the County, refuses or fails) to remove the disabled or non -airworthy <br />Aircraft in a timely manner the Aircraft may be removed by the Airport Director at <br />the risk, cost, and expense of the Aircraft Owner or Aircraft Operator, without <br />liability to the County for damage arising from, out of, or related to, such removal. <br /> <br />Abandoning an Aircraft anywhere at the Airport is prohibited. <br /> <br />The Airport Director may, at the risk, cost, and expense of the Aircraft Owner, <br />remove Abandoned Aircraft without liability for damage arising from or out of such <br />removal. <br /> <br />6. Based Aircraft Registration <br />All pilots who base their aircraft at the Airport must provide the following information <br />to the Airport Director: <br />• Aircraft Make/ Model <br />• Aircraft Registration Number <br />• Aircraft Owner Name, Address, and Phone Number <br />• Emergency Contact Information <br />• Proof of Liability Insurance <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7. Rotorcraft Operations <br />Rotorcraft shall park and/or operate only in areas designated for rotorcraft operations <br />by the Airport Director. <br /> <br />Rotorcraft shall not be operated within 50 feet of any building or Fuel storage facility. <br /> <br />Rotorcraft shall not be operated within 100 feet of any area where Light Aircr aft are <br />parked or operating. <br /> <br />Rotorcraft performing auto-rotations for practice or testing purposes must do at an area <br />approved by the Airport Director. <br /> <br />Pilots must communicate and confirm maneuvers on UNICOM frequency 123.00. <br /> <br />Hover taxing shall be conducted only over paved surfaces at the Airport. <br /> <br />8. Restricted Activities <br />Aircraft Operators shall provide advance notification to the Airport Director before <br />engaging in any of the following activities at the Airport and shall conduct these
