19 | P a g e <br /> <br />activities in accordance with the specific requirements stipulated by the Airport <br />Director: <br />• Use of motorless Aircraft: The landing upon or towing f rom the Airport of gliders <br />and other certificated motorless Aircraft. <br />• Use of Ultralight Vehicles: The landing upon or taking off from the Airport of <br />Ultralight Vehicles. <br />• First or test flights of experimental aircraft including ground demonstrations. <br />• Use of lighter-than-air Aircraft: The landing upon or taking off from the Airport of <br />airships, dirigibles, blimps, balloons, and other certificated lighter-than-air <br />Aircraft which utilize gasses or hot air to provide lift. <br />• Banner or glider towing: The landing upon or taking off from the Airport of <br />Aircraft that tow banners, gliders, or other devices. <br />• Sky diving, parachuting, or powered parachute operations. <br />• Standalone engine testing. <br />• Operation of Aircraft with a maximum certificated takeoff weight in excess of the <br />published weight bearing capacity for the Runway(s) and/or Taxiway(s). <br />• Use of an Aircraft with an ejection seat. <br />• Transportation of Hazardous Materials: Landing or taking off with flammable, <br />explosive, or corrosive materials, except those which are carried aboard (and <br />necessary) for the operation of the Aircraft or use by crewmembers or <br />passengers <br /> <br />9. HANGAR USE/STORAGE <br /> <br />Private, corporate or T-Hangars are solely designed to house and store aircraft and <br />aircraft related equipment. <br /> <br />Any object, equipment or vehicle that prevents an aircraft from being stored in a hangar <br />is not allowed. <br /> <br />Lessee shall not store on the PREMISES any inoperable vehicles or equipment, discarded <br />or unsightly materials, or materials likely to create a hazard. <br /> <br />Lessee shall not use hangar for primary storage of household items, vehicles, RV’s, <br />Boats, or Trailers. <br /> <br />And shall not use areas outside of enclosed buildings for storage.
