16 | P a g e <br /> <br />All operators must comply with all pavements marking and signage at the Airport. <br /> <br />No aircraft shall be taxied or towed outside the Airport Operations Area (AOA) <br />without prior approval of the Airport Director. Aircraft that are trailered for routine <br />ground transport are excluded from this requirement, although these operations are <br />subject to all applicable airport rules and traffic ordinances. <br />Any person who operates an aircraft in a reckless or erratic manner resulting in <br />damage to individuals or property will be held financially liable. <br />Aircraft not equipped with wheel brakes must have wing-walkers when taxiing in the <br />area of buildings or other aircraft. <br />Aircraft will be taxied or moved with caution not to exceed 20 m.p.h. or as posted <br />while in the AOA. <br />Aircraft shall not be taxied into, out of, or within any structure at the Airport. <br />Taxiing Aircraft shall yield the right-of-way to Emergency Vehicles. <br />Aircraft shall only be taxied or towed in areas normally used for operation of Aircraft <br />unless the Airport Director has provided prior written approval. <br />No person may taxi an Aircraft on the Airport until they have ascertained that there <br />is no danger of collision with any persons or objects. <br /> <br />All aircraft being taxied, towed, or otherwise moved on the airport will proceed with <br />navigational lights on during the time between sunset and sunrise. <br /> <br />2. Aircraft Parking <br />Aircraft will be parked in those areas and spaces designated by the Airport Director <br />and under the following conditions: <br />Aircraft shall be parked is such a manner as to be completely contained within the <br />parking or Tiedown space and shall not be positioned in such a manner so as to <br />block a Runway, Taxiway, Taxilane, or obstruct access to Hangars, parked or staged <br />Aircraft, parked or staged Vehicles, equipment, gates, or Fuel storage facilities. <br />Each operator and tenant shall be responsible for the orderly parking of aircraft and <br />for the cleanliness of the area he/she uses. <br />Each aircraft owner will be responsible for the aircraft's security of tie-down and all <br />mechanisms of fastening. <br />Owners/Operators of transient aircraft located on the airport for extended stays
