They <br />will report to the Program Manager and provide the approved services within the jail based on this <br />project and grant. <br />The Therapist will be compensated at fair market value of a yearly salary of $76,158 plus administrative <br />fees (not including benefits and at the contracted rate of 21.3% of their salary from the Mental Health <br />Provider) of $16,227. This is part of the requested funds and includes the 3% increase in salary over <br />year two of the proposed budget based on contractual language. <br />The Case Manager will be compensated at fair market value of a yearly salary of $55,704 plus <br />administrative fees (not including benefits and at the contracted rate of 21.3% of their salary from the <br />Mental Health Provider) of $11,868. This is part of the requested funds and includes the 3% increase <br />in salary over year two of the proposed budget based on contractual language. <br />MATCH: The Program Manager, David Guyer, will continue to be the Kittitas County Jail "in-kind" match <br />as he will dedicate 100 percent of his time overseeing and managing the mental health program based <br />on the program approved in year one. David Guyer will continue to implement the appropriate changes <br />and process to enhance services through evaluation and data collection as required. The third year of <br />wages also includes a 3% wage increase as outlined in his current contract. This increase keeps the <br />wages at a competitive increase for similar type professionals in the same industry as well as cost of <br />living increases. His combined salary is made up of a salary equaling $89,391 and administrative fees <br />(not including benefits and at the contracted rate of 21.3% of their salary from the Mental Health <br />Provider) of $19,047. <br />MATCH: The Kittitas County Sheriff has identified Lieutenant Edward Buntin as the Program Lead and <br />his duties will be a match for this grant project. Lieutenant Buntin will oversee the budget, project <br />contracts, correctional staff, and other grant duties.
