The position will <br />hance the programming and allow all other resources to be increased through their training and <br />parlance. They will work with the already employed mental health staff and the case manager as <br />rt of this grant to provide the necessary services to those incarcerated in the Kittitas County Jail. <br />ey will work hand and hand with the staff and program lead to ensure accuracy, evaluation and <br />mpletion of the programming as approved. The Therapist will be compensated at fair market value <br />a yearly salary of $73,941 plus administrative fees (not including benefits and at the contracted rate <br />21.3% of their salary from the Mental Health Provider) of $15,759. <br />Case Manager position provided in the budget is also compensated at fair market value for the <br />/ices provided within their field and community. The position of case manager will be maintained <br />n year one if funding is provided to work with in the Kittitas County Jail and provide the necessary <br />ital health services and assist their already placed staff. The case manager will continue to provide <br />necessary support and collaboration to the program manager, and therapist hired to serve in the <br />providing mental health services and allowing the other two to focus on more forensic type <br />nseling and treatment. The yearly salary for a Case Manager is $54,084 plus administration fees <br />I including benefits and at the contracted rate of 21.3% of their salary from the Mental Health <br />vider) of $11,529. The increase from year one is projected based on contractual increases that will <br />to be in place at 3%. <br />'CH: The Program Manager, David Guyer, will take on 100% of the Program Manager role once the <br />ram is approved and more staff are hired. His salary compensated at fair market value and <br />iding administrative fees, but not benefits, for the 2nd year will be $114,536 and considered Kittitas <br />my Jail's "in-kind" match. The increase in his wages from year one are based on a 3% increase in <br />as stated in his current contract and allowing for competitive wages for someone in similar type of <br />c. His combined salary is made up of a salary equaling $86,784 and administrative fees (not <br />iding benefits and at the contracted rate of 21.3% of their salary from the Mental Health Provider) <br />TCH: The Kittitas County Sheriff has identified Lieutenant Edward Buntin as the Program Lead and <br />duties will be a match for this grant project. Lieutenant Buntin will oversee the budget, project <br />itracts, correctional staff, and other grant duties. As program lead, Lieutenant Buntin will work <br />>ely as the point of contact with Kittitas County leadership, BJA grant staff, Mental Health partner <br />anization Comprehensive Healthcare, and his local community to make sure the scope and <br />action of the project is completed. Lieutenant Buntin's salary is based on a collective bargaining unit <br />ount totaling $102,189 not including benefits. Because he will spend approximately 8% on this new <br />gram based on past grant work and involvement, his salary as part of our match will be $8,175.12. <br />is no administrative fees as part of his wages. <br />as County Sheriffs Office intends to utilize existing staff for the program lead role. The program <br />will dedicate 8% of their time to the project and be compensated at fair market value for the <br />ce provided. The amount of time compensated is based on Lieutenant Buntin's experience as the <br />position in a current DOJ COSSAP grant he oversees. <br />
