We know believe larger diesel -powered motor homes are the <br />predominant RV utilizing the "RV" component of the land use proposal. We desire better <br />understanding the turning movement delays associated with large diesel -powered motor homes <br />versus truck and trailer configurations. Until we are better educated, we cannot accept <br />acceptable levels of service will exist at accesses to Bullfrog Road. <br />Appendix F: Summar- of Mitigation Measures & Significant Unavoidable Adverse ImDacts <br />Page F-1: We understand the basis of the supplemental to the EIS is the 2002 Cle Elum UGA <br />Final EIS. The MountainStar Subarea Plan was created with Kittitas County Ordinance 2000-12. <br />The land uses contemplated in the Subarea Plan do not contemplate an RV component. <br />Additionally, the Subarea Plan contemplates a "Business Park" and not commercial area. Since <br />the Ordinance is a public driven process, has the county's comprehensive land use amendment <br />process been negated by subsequent City of Cle Elum annexations? <br />Page F-2: We note that approved conditions of approval contained in the 2002 Development <br />Agreement will depend on changes to the adopted Development Agreement that may be <br />proposed in conjunction with major modifications and new or updated Development Agreement. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
