5. The Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of County <br />Commissioners held a continued consolidated public hearing to hear the staff <br />and proponent presentations for the MountainStar Resort application package. <br />The consolidated public hearing was continued to July 24, 2000 to hear <br />additional information from staff and the proponent. <br />d. On July 24, 2000 the Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of <br />County Commissioners held a continued consolidated public hearing to hear <br />additional staff and proponent presentations for the MountainStar Resort <br />application package. The consolidated public hearing was continued to <br />August 8, 2000 to begin preliminary review of the MountainStar Resort <br />application package. <br />7. The Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of County <br />Commissioners held a continued consolidated public hearing on August 8, <br />2000 to begin preliminary review of the MountainStar Resort appkcation <br />package. At the conclusion of the consolidated public hearing, the Kittitas <br />County Planning Commission continued its portion of the consolidated public <br />hearing to August 21, 2000 to begin deliberation on the MountainStar Resort <br />application package. In addition, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />continued its portion of the consolidated public hearing to August 29, 2000 to <br />accept the Planning Commiss'ion's Recommendation and Findings of Fact. <br />8. On August 21, 2000 the Kittitas County Planning ' Commission held, a <br />continued public hearing and began its deliberations for the MountainStar <br />Resort application package. Specifically, the Planning Commission reviewed <br />the Planned Action Ordinance, Master Planned Resort Zoning District <br />Ordinance, MountainStar Master Planned Resort Subarea Plan, Rezone, and <br />the MountainStar MPR Conditions of Approval. The Planning Commission <br />subsequently continued the public hearing to August 22, 2000 to further <br />deliberate on the MountainStar MPR Conditions of Approval and the <br />Tr=dwest Development Agreement. <br />9. The Mttitas County Planning Commission held a continued public hearing on <br />August 22, 2000 to resume deliberations on the MountainStar MPR <br />Conditions of Approval and the Trendwest Development Agreement. The <br />Planning Commission then continued the public hearing to August 28, 2000 <br />for final deliberations on the MountainStar Resort application package and to <br />enter a formal Recommendation and Findings of Fact for the application. <br />10. On August 28, 2000 the Kittitas County Planning Commission held a <br />continued public hearing for final deliberations on the MountainStar Resort <br />application package. The Planning Commission completed its deliberations <br />and recommended approval of the Planned Action Ordinance, Master Planned <br />Resort Zoning Ordinance, MountainStar Master Planned Resort Subarea Plan, <br />Ordinance 2000-12 Page 4 <br />MountainStar Resort Subarea Flan <br />
