WHEREAS, the MountainStar FEIS included the initial Conceptual Master Plan for the <br />MountainStar Master Planned Resort; <br />WHEREAS, such Conceptual Master Plan has been amended from tune to time as <br />Planning and environmenial review of the MountainStar Master Planned Resort has progressed <br />and to meet the requirements of various anticipated conditions of the Trendwest MPR <br />Application approval; <br />-WHEREAS, such amended Conceptual Master Plan ("MountainStar Resort Conceptual <br />Master Pian, September, 2000") is attached hereto as EXHIBIT C and incorporated herein; <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Planning Commission entered ten procedural findirâ–ºgs <br />of fact related to the MountainStar Master Planned Resort Subarea Plan on August 28, 2000; <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Planning Commission entered eleven findings of fart <br />related to the MountainStar Master Planned Resort Subarea Plan on August 28, 2000 :r <br />recommended'approval of the Subarea Plan; <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners enter the following procedural findings of <br />fact related to the MountainStar Master Planned Resort Subarea Plan; <br />e, 1. The Kittitas County Planning Commission and the Board of Commissioners <br />held a consolidated hearing on July S, 2000 to consider the MountainStar <br />Resort application package, including the proposed MountainStar Master <br />Planned Resort Subarea PIan, concurrent with hearings on the EIS appeals. <br />The Planning Commission subsequently continued its portion of the <br />consolidated public gearing to July 12, 2000. <br />2. On July 12, 2000 the Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of <br />County Conunissioam held a continued consolidated public hearing to <br />consider the MountainStar Resort application package, and public testimony <br />and comments were accepted. The consolidated public hearing was again <br />continued to July 13, 2000. <br />3. The Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of County <br />Commissioners held a continued consolidated public hearing on July 13, 2000 <br />to consider the MountainStar Resort application package, and accepted public <br />testimony and comments. The consolidated public hearing was subsequently <br />continued to July 17, 2000. <br />4. On July 17, 2000 the Kittitas County Planning Commission and Board of <br />County Commissioners held a continued consolidated public hearing to <br />consider the MountainStar Resort application package and to accept public <br />testimony and comments.
