PER ADVANCE - EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION IN PLACE. <br />ALL WORKING CREW MUST ARRIVE AND REMAIN ENTIRELY SOBER FOR THE DURATION <br />OF THE WORKING DAY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE USE OF ALCOHOL, <br />MARIJUANA, NON-PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION ABUSE. IF ANY WORKING CREW IS <br />CAUGHT USING ANY FORM OF DRUGS OR ALCOHOL DURING WORKING HOURS, SAID <br />CREW STAFF WILL BE IMMEDIATELY RELEASED WITHOUT PAY AND WILL NOT BE <br />ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON SITE. <br />.00r-Gaht <br />and <br />27. PARKING/LOAD-IN ACCESS <br />PURCHASER shall ensure parking space will be made available to the PRODUCER from two (2) <br />hours prior to the time of load -in throughout load -out this includes, but is not limited to, arranging for <br />meters to be bagged, or parking spaces to be blocked off prior to the vehicles arrival. Adequate and <br />secure parking at the stage entrance this area must be adjacent to the load -in area and shall be <br />sufficient to park the following: <br />One (1) 45' custom tour bus with One (1) 20' custom trailer <br />One (1) 220 volt, 60 amp, single-phase service is needed for the bus. This service must be located <br />within 50' of the parking area. An experienced electrician, familiar with the venue, must be present to <br />connect shore power. <br />The equipment loading area must be cleared of vehicles prior to load -in. This area must remain clear <br />and unobstructed through the completion of load -out. <br />PURCHASER shall obtain, at no cost to PRODUCER, all police and/or municipal permits if it is <br />necessary to load -in from the street. <br />In the event of snow or ice, PURCHASER shall provide, at no cost to PRODUCER, essential snow <br />removal equipment, sand, salt and necessary personnel to provide a clear, safe load -in area prior to <br />arrival and departure of all vehicles and other entourage vehicles. <br />PURCHASER shall ensure the parking area be properly secured at all times. <br />28. SECURITY <br />PURCHASER shall employ professional security to ensure the safety of the ARTIST's instruments, <br />equipment, costumes, personnel and personal property before, during and after the Engagement, at <br />no cost to PRODUCER. Professional security, location of security and security needs will be defined <br />by ARTIST's Tour Manager or Security Director in the security advance.
