PURCHASER shall ensure a security meeting with Tour Manager, to be held one (1) hour prior to the <br />opening of doors, will be attended by a building manager or representative, PURCHASER's <br />representative, and heads of police and T-shirt security. <br />PURCHASER shall ensure access to the stage will be guarded by security at all times and only those <br />persons designated by Tour Manager will be allowed on stage during ARTIST's performance. <br />Security personnel will not be allowed on stage during the performance or in the dressing rooms at <br />any time. <br />In the event house security consists of ushers, PURCHASER shall employ a separate professional <br />security team for front of stage, mix position and backstage areas to ensure ARTIST's safety and <br />well-being. <br />Should ARTIST be performing consecutive nights at the venue, PURCHASER shall provide overnight <br />security to be present on stage with ARTIST's equipment until relieved by ARTIST's production crew <br />each day. <br />ARTIST's Tour Manager will determine number of floating security required for show day. <br />29. BARRICADES/BIKE RAIL <br />A barricade on each side of the stage that separates the audience from the backstage area is <br />required and a barricade enclosing the FOH mixing areas is required. <br />A barricade separating the crowd at least two (2) feet from the stage to prevent people, drinks, and <br />arm -reachable issues. Also providing security staff access to both sides of stage by way of front of <br />stage. <br />30. PASSES <br />All members of ARTIST's entourage will display a laminated pass. Only persons wearing this pass <br />will be permitted on stage or in the dressing room area. <br />All passes will be provided and controlled by COLT FORD TOUR MANAGER. No otherpasses will <br />be permitted. Everyone must wear a pass at all times. Persons abusing pass privileges are subject to <br />ejection. A sample pass sheet will be distributed to the first security guard on duty. Pass privileges will <br />be discussed in detail at the security meeting, one hour before doors opening. <br />31. MEET & GREET <br />This will take place One (1) hour prior to ARTIST's performance. COLT FORD TOUR MANAGER will <br />communicate in advance of the show what time and where these people should meet to be escorted <br />to the Meet and Greet.
