PER ADVANCE - EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION IN PLACE. <br />PURCHASER will ensure that the lighting system is SET-UP and OPERABLE, ready to focus, at least <br />six (6) hours prior to start of PERFORMANCE. <br />23. SYSTEM TECHNITION <br />PURCHASER agrees to provide an experienced technician familiar with the lighting system from <br />load -in until end of PERFORMANCE to set-up, focus, and operate lighting system per instructions <br />from ARTIST's representative. <br />PRODUCER needs to have supplied working clear-com belt packs and headsets in place at lighting <br />console, house lights, dimmer racks, and two spot light positions. <br />24. HOUSE LIGHTS <br />Should the house light be controlled from a separate booth, the operator must be on the <br />communication circuit at least fifteen (15) minutes before show time and continuously during the <br />show. At no time should the house lights come up during Artist's performance, unless authorized by <br />PRODUCER's Production Manager. <br />25. LOCAL LABOR "STAGE HANDS" & RUNNERS <br />PURCHASER will provide, at his sole cost and expense, the following labor: Runners, stagehands to <br />be present at load -in AND load -out times to unload, move, set-up, tear down, and load ARTIST's <br />equipment, sound/lighting equipment, and materials/equipment required for concession sales. There <br />should be no overlap between duties of security, stagehands and ushers. A consistent crew is critical <br />for a smoother load -in and load -out. Any and all hands asked to work the show should understand the <br />times associated with the call. <br />ALL DAY: <br />PURCHASER will provide, at PURCHASER's sole cost and expense, Two (2) runners with a 12 - 15 <br />passenger van, in good working order at their disposal all day. Runner must be licensed and of legal <br />age to buy tobacco or alcohol, must be able to handle money and be responsible for the money <br />handled. Runner should have a good understanding of the local area and have no other duties, such <br />as running for the caterer or venue. As a rule, runners will work from two (2) hours prior to load- in <br />until approximately two (2) hours after load -out <br />26. STAGE CALL <br />The production labor and equipment "calls" will be determined during the phone advance by the Tour <br />and/or Production Managers and Promoter Rep. The cost of these services shall be the sole <br />responsibility of the PURCHASER.
