BACKLINE REQUIREMENTS <br />u=1pnmW-w!I-be-required wheARTIST, BANn_&-CREWara-traveling. by Air. <br />4. BACKDROP <br />A black backdrop should be supplied to cover any areas backstage. Colt Ford has a backdrop twenty <br />foot by twenty foot (20' x 20') and will be used whenever safely possible. A ten foot by ten foot (10' x <br />10) for clubs is also used. All preferably hung on a separate fly rail or on movable truss, otherwise <br />two ladders and personnel must be provided to safely attach backdrop to current installed trussing or <br />structures. <br />5. FLY DATES <br />PURCHASER will provide, at PURCHASER's sole cost and expense, Two (2) 15 -passenger vans <br />One (1) w/ backseat removed. For COLT FORD use only, all day. <br />6. SOUND CHECKS <br />A sound check is a vital to this production. This is to be a CLOSED SOUND CHECK. Only <br />exception is by invitation or prior approval from the Tour Manager. Anyone not directly involved <br />with the production will be asked to leave the performance hall until the sound check has been <br />completed. The COLT FORD sound check may run as long as an hour and a half and until sound <br />check is over, no other equipment can be put in front of the stage. The performance hall shall not be <br />opened to the public until the Tour Manager and / or Production Manager gives approval. <br />Any sound checks required by other acts on the bill must be coordinated seven (7) days in <br />advance of day of show with Colt Ford Tour Manager & Production Manager. <br />7. VENUE <br />PURCHASER agrees to furnish on the date and at the time of performance(s) above mentioned all <br />that is necessary for the proper presentation of the ARTIST's concert performance, including a <br />suitable club, theatre, hall or auditorium, clean and in good order.
