EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION WILL BE IN PLACE PER ADVANCE <br />PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br />1. GENERAL INFORMATION <br />PURCHASER or authorized representative must be on site from Three (3) hours prior to load -in until <br />completion of load -out. <br />Prior to putting tickets on sale, PURCHASER agrees to notify PRODUCER of any mandatory union <br />breaks, curfews, fire regulations, sound and light level requirements and limitations, rigging limits, <br />building codes and any other federal, state or local ordinances. PURCHASER agrees to notify <br />PRODUCER of any late or early load -ins due to other activities in the facility. <br />PRODUCER reserves the right to determine the Imo; content and nature of the show. <br />PRODUCER's production staff shall have complee control over all technical aspects of show, <br />including support acts and program music. <br />ARTIST's Production Manager will make decisions relative to staging of ARTIST's performance. <br />PURCHASER's failure to comply with reasonable request may require the performance to be delayed <br />or canceled at PURCHASER Iiability,DRCHASER SHALL BE GRANTED A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO CURE SAID BREACH. <br />SUCH CURE NOT TO OCCUR LATER THAN WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME PRIOR TO PERFORMANCE <br />The audience shall not be permitted to enter the place of Engagement until such time as technical <br />set-up and sound check have been completed and approval has been given by the ARTIST's Tour <br />Manager & Production Manager. <br />PURCHASER further agrees to furnish for performance, rehearsal, and sound check, all necessary <br />electricians, stagehands, loaders, house personnel, security, ushers, merchandise sellers, ticket <br />sellers, and ticket takers. <br />2. BAND EQUIPMENT <br />ARTIST reserves the option to use any and all of ARTIST's own equipment. No assumptions should <br />be made to use ARTIST's and/or ARTIST's band's equipment by any other acts. <br />PURCHASER will ensure that the stage is completely cleaned and cleared of any and all equipment <br />before ARTIST's arrival, with the exception of sound and lighting equipment directly associated with <br />the PERFORMANCE. <br />ARTIST and/or ARTIST's representative will determine the placement of any an all equipment owned <br />by, placed on the stage by, or used by any and all other acts. <br />Will require four (4) twenty amp one hundred -twenty volt (120v), sixty hertz (60Hz), US standard <br />parallel -blade (NEMA 20) circuits with dual duplex Edison type outlets, as well as extra quad boxes <br />and extension cords.'sEP` <br />Purchaser Initials: Colt Ford: <br />Colt Ford Rider Revised August 25, 2020 <br />18 <br />
