This information will then <br />be used for a project estimate and Bid Proposal form. <br />5) Project Review: We will submit the preliminary package for County staff review and facilitate a <br />Task 2 Permitting <br />1) City Coordination/Permitting: SCJ will review the scope of the improvements and request as - <br />built information for the existing water lines on the property. SCJ has budgeted 4 hours for <br />coordination, tracking, and status of the permit applications with the various agencies. Per City <br />requirements, SCJ will fill out and submit permit applications for the following items of work: <br />o Flagpole Permit <br />o ADA Ramp Replacement <br />Task 3 Final Construction Package <br />1) Final Plans: SCl will finalize the construction plans for the bid advertisement by incorporating <br />the review comments. <br />2) Update Quantities / Cost Estimation: We will update the quantities and final engineers' <br />estimates. This will be used for budgeting confirmation and comparison at bid opening. <br />3) Final Special Provisions: Final revisions and modifications to the special provisions and front- <br />end bid documents. <br />Task 4 Public Bid /Award/ &ecution <br />1) Bid Advertisement: SCJ will post in an online format the project to a <br />2) Respond to Bidders: We have estimated 4 hours of our time to respond to bidders' questions <br />and clarifications. <br />3) Addendum: We have estimated 4 hours for creating and publishing an addendum if it is <br />necessary. <br />4) Bid Opening: SCJ will assist the County with the formal opening and announcement of the bid <br />opening. SCJ will then create a bid tabulation to compare bid totals and unit costs.
