9129122, 10:40 AM <br />Response 2.2* <br />Application Questions: Part 2 <br />LTAC Clerk Review <br />Describe the prior success of your evenUactivity/facility in attraction tourists. <br />From 201 5-2020, regular weekend visitors and special larger in person events <br />were regular happenings at the museum. Over Covid, we pivoted to very <br />successful online/zoomiFacebook Live events and covid safe visitors. With zoom <br />fatigue in 2022, not everyone was ready to attend larger in-person events. So, <br />therefore WSSSM focused on smaller, more intimate gatherings and being a <br />partner in larger outdoor events. WSSSM worked closed with Dru Bru on many of <br />their larger community events that were held outside and had parties in the <br />parking lot with the museum open and ready for increased guestsl Museum <br />volunteers participated in helping with these events. <br />. Fall2021: Snoqualmie Pass Scavenger Hunt with Even2ee App ended with 400 <br />playersl Tourists had quiz, photo, video, location challenges that took them all over <br />local areal Prizes awarded. Sponsor Warren Miller movie events - attended B <br />movie premieres in Seattle and Bellevue. Edgeworks begins to use museum <br />multiple days per week for mountaineering classes. <br />. Winter 2022: lnside museum Scavenger Hunt for kids very popular with prizes. <br />Revamp of museum gift shop and addition of decorations for holiday season. <br />Avalanche dog event at museum with Dru Bru had about 40 people in attendance. <br />WSSSM participated in the ADL ski club pre-season event for movie, "Mission <br />Mangart" held in North Bend. PR/marketing campaign around \Mnter Olympics <br />garnered a nice in person segment that ran multiple times on NBC/King 5 News. <br />. Spring 2022: New WSSSM website launched. Board Member Lowell Skoog <br />book talk "Written in the Snows" on same day as Alpental's VertFest had about B0 <br />people in attendance. Spring training for volunteers. <br />. Summer 2022'. Multiple event partnerships with Dru Bru including Glow Run, Art <br />Show. Community meetings with local non-profits and elected officials. Soft launch <br />of Snowboarding Exhibit. <br />. Fall:2022. Gear Sale with Dru Bru. Popular museum scavenger hunt elevated to <br />4 different levels. Full launch of Snowboarding Exhibit and multiple events around <br />this.
