lf you had a planned event in 2020 or 202 1 . whether tney u/ere able lo take place or not. please describe any
successes and challenges you experienced.
We are a community that is learning how to adapt and plan for safe gatherings. We
are meeting and planning a safe and fun Memorial Day Celebration. At this time,
those plans include a 2019 style of celebration. Parade, Street Fair, car and
motorcycle show, KidZone and maybe more. As we work to plan a "normal"
celebration, we are keeping our minds open to the potential of needing to adapt
should there be restriction due to health concerns. We've learned a lot about
planning and have used some of those methods for the several other events that
Easton offers. We are hopeful and excited about bringing our community and our
visitors together to celebrate our Nation, each other, and ihose we lost.
We will continue to network with other organizations, such as the Roslyn Downtown
Association, Cle Elum Downtown Association, Suncadia Resort and other tourism
related partners to expand our marketing reach and collaboraiively market our
events.
2500.iharacter lirnil
2500 characier limtl
'/ou nlay rpload any supportjng docLrments suclr as graphs. ilrlages. rliallrams. marketing materials. e'tc.
Western Washington Zip Code Survey Results.pdf 297.52K8
Eastern Washington Zip Code Survey Results.pdf 290K8
Projected KidZone 2022.pdf 96.57K8
You are allolved lo submit up to 3 silgie page (US Letter) documents in JPG PDF or tlFF fotrnal
7l Previous Lodging Tax Grant lnformation
COVID-19 lnformation
Additional lnformation
Supporting Documents
Previous Years
Awarded Lodging Tax
Grants*
Overall Attendnace
Past Actual*
3.000
Hes your event received Lodging Tax 1uods,il previous yeats?
; No, this evenilproject has not previously received Lodging Tax Funding
., Yes, 1 year previous
' ; Yes, 2 years previous
.
