b.ReimbursementRequestsmustbesubmittedontheapprovedMLEGrantReimbursementformalongwithallsuppodingdocumentation.ReimbursementsshallbeproratedbetweenthePartiesbasedonthepercentageoftheirrespectivecashorin-kindcontributionsassetforthinSection7-ResponsibilitiesofEachPartyandSection9-ReimbursementandPaymentTerms.Supportingdocumentsmust:•Benumberedintheupperrightcornerandcorrespondtothe"Document#"columnonyourReimbursementRequestForm•Bedated.Thedateoftheinvoicemustbewithintheperiodofperformanceofthisaward•HaveSubrecipient'sbusinessnameclearlyidentified•Clearlyidentifythecostandtheamountpaid&showzero-balancedueIfareceipt,invoice,orstatementincludesexpensesnotrelatedtotheMLEproject,thosecostsmustbehighlightedandnotedas"ineligiblecosts".c.MLEwillreimburseSubrecipientforeligibleactivitiesonlyafterMLEhasacceptedtheworkascomplete-expenditureasanallowablecostandallproperdocumentshavebeensubmittedwiththereimbursementrequest.Reimbursementrequestsmustbesubmittedonaquarterbasisandduringthequarterthattheexpenditurehastakenplace.ReimbursementfromMLEshallnotexceedfiftypercent(50%)ofthetotalprojectcostfromeligiblegrantexpenses.Totalreimbursementunderthisgrantagreementshallnotexceedtheawardamountof$12,896.35.d.MLEwillreimburseSubrecipientuptoanadditional$5,000.00whosupplyarecognizedBMLEinstructorfor80hours.Forinstructorserviceslessthan80hours,asumof$500.00perdaywillbeawarded.TheadditionalawardisavailableforusecommencingonJune1,2023.e.TheSubrecipientmaynotexceedtheapprovedbudgetwhichwasproposedbytheSubrecipientaspartoftheSubrecipient'sSubrecipientGrantApplicationthatwasacceptedbyMLE.TheSubrecipient'sbudgetisattachedtothisagreement(Attachment"B").IftheSubrecipientwouldliketochangetheallocationsoffundstotheoriginalbudget,abudgetamendmentrequestmustbesentinwritingviaemailtoMLEinadvanceoftheexpensebeingincurred.f.Ifaboat,avehicle,orequipmentisusedpartiallyforotherpurposes,costsmustbepro-ratedforthatportionoftheirusethatisforRecreationalBoatingSafetyActpurposes.8.4ConditionsPrecedenttoPartialProgressPayment(s).MLEshallnotbeobligatedtomakepartialprogressreimbursementpayment(s)hereunderuntiltheappropriatesupportingdocumentationandreimbursementformhasbeensubmittednolessthanonaquarterlybasisofthepercentageofProjectcompletionhasbeenreceived,reviewed,andapprovedbyMLE.InnoeventshallMLEdisbursemorethanfiftypercent(50%)oftheamountindicatedinSection9.2--GrantFundsasprogresspayments.MLE123-407SubrecipientAgreement-BoatingProgram(FFAGrantAward)Page8of35
