Not participate in an RMTS consortium without prior written approval from HCA and <br />express, written approval of the Consortia organization and membership. <br />1.17.1. If identified as a Lead Agency for the RMTS Consortium, the Contractor must <br />perform the Lead Agency duties described in the CAP and Manual and <br />participate in the current statewide LHJ Steering Committee. <br />1.18. Ensure all interpreter staff have been tested and certified by Washington State <br />Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) as defined by DSHS. The Contractor <br />is prohibited from claiming the enhanced seventy five percent (75%) rate for any <br />interpretation activities unless: <br />1.18.1. The staff has been certified by DSHS; <br />1.18.2. The MAC activities performed are part of the staffs assigned job duties; and <br />1.18.3. The allowable MAC activity was performed on behalf of children under twenty <br />one (21). <br />1.19. Ensure all Coordinators and Participants have completed and have certified their <br />understanding of the training prior to participating in the MAC program, and annually <br />thereafter. The contractor is prohibited from allowing any staff to participate in the <br />program unless they have completed and have certified their understanding of the <br />training. <br />The Contractor must: <br />1.19.1. <br />Ensure all Coordinators receive HCA approved training prior to participation; <br />1.19.2. <br />is prohibited from using any training materials without express, written <br />approval from HCA; <br />1.19.3. <br />Ensure all Participants certify completion of the online training before <br />performing any duties within the System or participating in the RMTS; <br />1.19.4. <br />Ensure all Participants fully understand each Activity Code and how to answer <br />moments according to what activity they are doing exactly at the sampled <br />moment; <br />1.19.5. <br />Train all Participants to maintain proper documentation for MAC related <br />activities; <br />1.19.6. <br />Only use training materials that have been approved in writing by HCA; and <br />1.19.7. <br />Track the completion and certification of training within the System, and must <br />be available upon request by HCA. <br />1.20. Comply with all HCA revisions and RMTS/claiming requirements as described in the <br />Manual. <br />1.21.
