Exhibit F <br />2023 Marine Law Enforcement Patrol Vessel <br />Replacement Grant <br />Notice of Funding Opportunity Number:2022-01 <br />Federal Program: State Recreational Boating Safety Grant Program <br />Authorizing Legislation: Code of Federal Regulations 2 CFR, and Washington Administrative Code <br />Paperwork Reduction Act Statement: We are collecting this information in accordance with the <br />authorizing legislation identified above. Your response is required to obtain or retain a benefit. We will <br />use the information you provide to conduct a review of the applications and select projects for funding <br />and, if awarded, to evaluate performance. We estimate that it will take you on average about 40 hours <br />to complete an initial application, 8 hours to revise the tenns of an award, and 8 hours per repoft to <br />prepare and submit financial and performance reports, including time to maintain records, and gather <br />information. Program Description <br />The Department of Homeland Security, through the United States Coast Guard (USCG) <br />administers the State Recreational Boating Safety Grants (RBS Grants) to state agencies for the <br />purpose of furthering recreational boating safety. Washington State Parks and Recreation <br />Commissions (WSPRC ) is a pass-through agency for those grant funds and is seeking proposals <br />and applications from Washington State approved Marine Law Enforcement programs to <br />strengthen Washington State Parks and USCG strategic recreational boating safety mission. A key <br />part of that mission is marine law enforcement. The Marine Law Enforcement Patrol Vessel <br />Replacement Grant Program is a competitive grant that is directed at providing funding for marine <br />law enforcement agencies to purchase a primary patrol vessel replacement with the intent of <br />increasing the organizations' ability to provide reliable and regular marine law enforcement <br />patrols. This Notice of Funding Opportunity is a onetime competitive grant through which four (4) <br />awards will be made. <br />Submission Instructions <br />All proposals and required information from the Application Checklist are to be submitted to the <br />Washington State Parks Boating Program by June 30,2022,5:00PM Pacific Standard Time to: <br />Cheri Peel, l l l l Israel Road SW, Olympia, WA 98504. Applicants are encouraged to submit <br />complete proposal packages early.
