Audits are a <br />review of the performance and accomplishments to measure and evaluate compliance with the terms of <br />the agreement with State Parks. <br />Gompliance <br />lf it is determined that a participating agency is not in compliance with the minimum requirements of <br />the agreement, the State Parks Marine Law Enforcement Coordinator will notify the agency through a <br />Non-Compliance Warning Letter and cite the wording of the agreement. The letter will request the <br />agency responds with a plan to remedy the deficiency per WAC 352-64-060 (3): Revocation of approval <br />"Those counties or local iurisdictions unable to demonstrate complionce with minimum approval <br />requirements will have forty-five days to submit a pldn sotisfactory to state parks to remedy the <br />deficiencies. If, ofter forty-five days, d county or local jurisdiction is unable to demonstrate its ability to <br />meet minimum requirements, stqte parks moy revoke the program opproval after the county or local <br />iurisdiction has hod an opportunity for o hearing under chapter 34.0s RcW, the Administrutive <br />Procedure Act." <br />Page 18 of 18
