Recipients must comply with the requirements of Titles 1, II, and III of the Amerloans with Disabofts Act, Pub. L No. 101-336 <br />(1990) (oodified as amended at 42 U.S.C. sections 12101-12213), which prohibits recipients from discriminating on the basis <br />of disability in the operation of public entities, public and private transportation systems, places of public accommodation, and <br />certain testing entities. <br />Article VI - SAFECOM <br />Recipients receiving federal financial assistance awards made under programs that provide emergency oDmn% tcation <br />equipment and its related activities must comply with the SAFECOM Guidance for Emergency Communication Grants, <br />Including provisions on technical standards that ensure and enhance Interoperable communications. <br />Article VII -Acceptance of Post Award Changes <br />In the event FEMA determines that charges are necessary to the award document after an award has been made, Including <br />changes to period of performance or term and oorK%ons, recipients will be notified of the changes in writing. L No. 94-135 (1 SM) (codified as <br />amended at Title 42, U. S.
