11. Prepare preliminary 90% plan set (12 sheets assumed). <br />12. Provide five (5) sets of the 60% and 90% documents. One (1) set of each to be sent to FAA. Allow four <br />(4) weeks for FAA review of the 90% documents. <br />13. Prepare preliminary (90%) engineer's design report to the established FAA requirements (FAA standard <br />handout 620-04). <br />14. Submit Engineer's Preliminary Design Report and 90% documents <br />15. The project manager and project engineer will attend a 90% virtual review meeting with the County to <br />discuss the 90% design. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• <br />60% and 90% level plans (PDF) <br />• 60% and 90% level project manual of bidding documents (PDF) <br />• 60% and 90% level engineer's estimate (PDF) <br />• 90% Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) (PDF) <br />TASK 7 — Final Design <br />1. Review intermediate level review comments from the County; address and respond to comments. <br />2. Non -FAA agency comments or conditions of approval (from USACE, USFWS, or otherwise) will be responded <br />to, and incorporated into the bid documents as necessary. <br />3. Based on FAA comments, prepare final CSPP. <br />4. Prepare final plans. 12 plan sheets are anticipated. <br />5. Prepare final project manual of bidding documents and specifications. <br />6. Prepare final construction cost estimate. <br />7. Compile final submittal package and submit to the County for advertisement of bids. Bid documents will be <br />sent to FAA as well. <br />8.
